| Anthea Piszczuk – Visual Artist
I explore and record patterns, textures and colours of environment and community. Using fibre, paint, pastel, found objects or a fusion of these, my creations will be visual, functional or wearable. My eclectic work is characterized by simplicity and colour. Trained in Graphic Design in the late 1970s; I later spent a period introducing art techniques to children. Travel spurred my personal creativity and this current journey began in 2006. My participation in exhibitions throughout 2007 to 2011 further stirred my creativity and added to my multiplicity. It has been rejuvenating and rewarding as I delight in each completed piece. Selected and published in World Wide Art books Inc: ‘ International Contemporary Masters Vol IV, & V' and ‘Dictionary of Artists’ 2011 Works exhibited and owned Nationally and Internationally All works displayed are available for sale, those marked as 'on exhibition' are contracted for sale until completion of exhibition.
